Operation Guide:
1.Attach the machine to the table with the clamp.
2.Insert the handle into the flattening roller and cut the premade dough into small parts.
Set the thickness-adjustment knob on the machine to the number you need according to the thickness of the pasta sheet you want.
3.Feed the dough through the flattening rollers 5-6 times until the desired thickness is presented. (Tips: You might need to pass a litle dough through the rollers and throw it away while you use it for the first time).
4.Feed the pasta sheet through the cutting rollers to get the fettuccine.
Motor Attachment
1.Attach the plastic motor base onto the pasta machine.
2.Insert the motor shaft into one of the roller holes.
3.Snap the motor into the base groove.
4.Press the start button to power the motor.
"I" stands for the first gear, "II" stands for the second gear, and "O" stands for stop.
